in three phase with neutral connection, what will happen,if
the neutral is in open condition with single phase
distribution panel ?

neutral point shuld be earth for unbalance load mainly.if
its open neutral voltage will be changed according to
load.when load will be unbalanced nuetral voltage will be
increased .its can be harmful for equipment.
