I LIKE TO JOIN BPO BECAUSE AS WE SEEN THAT BPO SECTOR IS THE MOST GROWING SECTOR NOW DAYS AS COMPARED TO SOFTWARE COMPANIES. BECAUSE THOSE WHO R WORKING IN SOFTWARE COMPANIES THEY DIDN'T GET NOT MUCH GOOD SALARY EVEN THEY R WORKING FOR LAST 6 TO 7 MONTHS BUT THOSE WHO ARE WORKING IN BPO FOR LAST 6 TO 7 MONTS THEY ARE GETTING MCH BETTER SALARY AS COMPARED TO THOSE WHO R WORKING IN SOFTWARE COMPANIES AND ANOTHER REASON IS, In BPO we can earn as well as learn at the same time and we will get to know new things and different exposures while talking to others and bpo give us lot of confidence and opportunities to face the compatative world.
