performance management is the part of performance appraisal
process.performance appraisal provides feedback about
employee job performance.getting feedback is not
enough.Three more activity need to be undertaken to complete
the process: performance interview, archiving performance
data, and use of appraisal data. These three activities
constitute the core of performance management.
