This is the one of the temporary memory area....it collects the uncommited user transaction details.....,


example:one user fill the web application....,he did some mistakes in that application he was cancelled that appication ....untill he enter the optins in that application ..those details not commited and those are wasted ...those details can go store into garbage collector collect those un wanted data and delete auto matically and improve the performence
