1.In cooling towers there is a direct contact b/w the fluids
is there,where as in HE it is not
2.In cooling towers both ht and mt takes place,ht is taking
place from upcoming vapors to falling fluid,mt is takes
place from falling fluid to vapor.In HE only ht is takes place
