For freshers,
Well, your organization provides huge support to the freshers and training too. i think this is the right place for me to join this company so that i can grow well in my future.
For experience,
well, just talk about the company's previous achievements and say that this company has got huge achievements from the last 2years so if i work in this organization i will be having lot of chance to grow in my future.
