This is also a question, where you live. In germany for
example, you can ask:
What is the difference between Software QA and Automotive QA.
Or what is the difference between CMMI and Spice.
QA Personal works on management processes, e.g. ISO 9001.
This means, that there QA is more QM, and all others make QC.
