BPO means Business Process Outsourcing, which consists of two
processess. The first one is voice process and the second
one is the non voice process. in the voice again we have
two process inbond process and outbond process. where in
inbond we receive the calls from the customers and in
outbond we do dailing to the custmers.and where as in
non voice we do the writing work like dealing with
the customers through mail or etc....
