Hi,
I am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US during
the first week of september. I am a software programmer
working on asp.net. I would like to know if the consulate
people will ask some technical questions. What all other
things should i remember.

Hi,
take all the papers you got from your Employer like
Client Letter or Product Specification, Tax Papers of
USA Employer.
Be Confident at the Interview .

I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?
