Sorry, but HPLC grade first mean that it is millipore
filtered, that means it does not contain any larger
particles that will make the drug clog or block the column
used for the analysis.

But it doesnt mean that they wont interfere in the UV
absorbance, since every organic solvent has its cutoff wave
length which will be given in Pharmacopoeias and refernce
books like merck index etc....
