Check the connection of system with DB(R3trans-d )
Check whther the dispatcher and SAP Serivces are working or
not .
Check the Workload of the system by checking the free Work
Processes in the system
If the WPS are fully Occupied,Kill the WPS after discussing
with customer.
Check the network.
Try to make the system up.
Mostly Problem will be with DB COnnection,Dispatcher and
Network Connection..
