Let me explain with it a very clear and perfect example...
if i was given with the task of informing 1000 people in an institution .. then instead of intimating to every one i just make the information post in my blog and i attach my URL papers around the populated areas and such that many of may be reached with in less time and less effort. thus i can say i made my work smarter....
