orifice plate is used in liquid flow lines to measure the
flow rate by creating a differential pressure across it,
which is than converted in to flow rates by means of some
circuits. in some cases it is also used to reduce the
pressure in line.

What is compensation for flow ? Why we use compensation ? What are the factors of different compensation ? We not use then what problems may happen ?
