how many selection rounds will be there in IBM voice based
tech support?? will there be any Group discussion round??

there will be either 3 or 4 rounds..depends upon the panel.
1. group discussion where you will be divided in groups of 12-13 people and you will be asked to speak on any topic of your choice confidently without stammering with clear pronunciation..
2. it will be HR solo round or HR and technical combined...in my case it was combined.they will ask you basics about OS and networking, the role that you have applied for etc.where do you see yourself in 4 yrs..etc..
3.its will be voice and accent round. after you clear the above 2 rounds they will say they will give you a call.in my case they called at 3 pm in afternoon.
they will ask you about some general details ans also give you a topic to speak on for about a min. or 2.
then they will say ok..if you get selected you will get a call from IBM within 5 working days.
