suppose area=100 sft
ratio 1:5
sum of ratio is 1+5=6
for cement=1/6*100=16.666
so 16.666*1.54=25.666
for cement bags=25.666/1.25=20.5333
so say 21 bags of cement
for sand=5/6*100=83.333*1.54=1.28
