Human resource is a resource like any other natural resource. An important element of human resource is "human approach" means managing people at work place. Human resource is the process of management which develops ans manage the human elements of interprise. Human resource management is important any business.it helps the pepole to develop their skills,knowledge about the work. It cover all level in business.
