One grand father has 3 grand children two of the age
difference is 3.Eldest child age is 3 times the youngest
childs age and the eldest child age is two year more than
the sum of other two children. Find what is the age of the
elders child?

Assume x is the age of the youngest, 3x is the age of elder, y is the age of the 2nd kid.
Given 3x = 2 + x + y.
Given two of the age difference is 3.
If y = x + 3, then 3x = 2 + x + (x + 3), x = 5.
If y = 3x - 3, then 3x = 2 + x + (3x - 3), x = 1.
If x = 5, y = 8, elder = 15 age.
If x = 1, y = 0, elder = 5 age. (which is wrong).
Hence, the age of the elder is 15.
