If compound Pka is 5 then which buffer you will select ?

u can not say that if Pka is 5 so use buffer near about pka
5 but depends upon the nature of compound , drift and noise.
genrally u can selet pH +/- 1.5 unit of the Pka value of
the compound.
Most important thing is that its not react with buffer,
