how to open my email , if i open it my username and
password are not matched like that it says pls solve my
problem immediately?

This problem may occur due to mismatch of username and password. First we have to check the username and password are given correctly or not. Even if we are facing problem again after giving correct username and password then we should click on forgot password.Then it will ask you answer for security question previously you selected and answered during creating your account.If we answer that question correctly then it will ask us to give new password and confirm it.now you can log in into your profile by using new password.
