Hi,
I am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US during
the first week of september. I am a software programmer
working on asp.net. I would like to know if the consulate
people will ask some technical questions. What all other
things should i remember.

Consult people doesn't ask anything related to technical,
They ask about the client information and what is your role
and responsiblity...this should be fine to get Visa

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. Will it affect anyway in my H1B interview?

Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks
