if an alternator or turbine using fuel to produce ele energy and we didn't connect load to the ends then where was gone the ele energy

The energy goes in friction and windage losses in running
the turbine and generator. If you load the generator more
fuel will be required to maintain the speed. If you do not
connect the load then any increase in fuel supply will
increase the turbine-generator speed.
