employees and fulfilling the needs for them.Problem solving,
decision making, good attitude, strategical analyzer should
be the characteristics features of Hr. The responsibilities
are process and functions in recruitment,Organization growth
in respect of the financial outlet, employee motivation in
order to increase productivity, performance
measure,Employees problem, Promotion, demotion, transfer
etc......... To develop Organizational infrastructure
without causing more financial expenses.
