it's a rhetorical question and i think you cannot do much on a limited period of time.but i do believe every great endeavor begins in small way, in the Philippines we had laws that surely beneficial for everyone that are neglected or out of ignorance. i'll make it a point to properly implemented such existing laws. we the Filipinos have the attitude of "ningas kugon" or not enthusiastic about.for example the no smoking policy that is very simple to uphold yet we cannot even enough political will to enforce it. that i think would be my priorities within six months time, instill discipline and be realistic to your goals.
