In 3phase supply Voltage will come around 370v then what
will happen?(mean what will effect on electrical equipment
like AC,UPS,Motors.)

Due to the low voltage motor will consume high current. alsoo
it will get too much heat compare than other motors. Motor
life will be reduce and winding will be shot with earth.
