WHEN WE CAN ACCESS ANY ROUTER IF THE ROUTER ONE 'AS' IS 0
AND OTHER 'AS' NUMBER ALSO PRESENT, THAT MEANS THE ROUTER IS
AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM BORDER ROUTER. THANKS
