Roles and Responsibilities of a HR:-
My personal views :
Human Resource is key activities within organization.Without Hr the organization cannot run.In company formation there are 4m very important role.(man, machine,material, money)
Now it would be clear for all.
Now 4m management is called HR Responsibilities and Roles. So you know how is manage 4m and what would be do for that.
