why DG,Transformer,UPS capacity will be tell in KVA but not
in KW?

The active power in KW is= VICos(angle B/w V&I).
The angle is dependent on the load connected and hence the
active power varies. So KVA only can be mentioned for the
above mentioned supply sources.
