why DG,Transformer,UPS capacity will be tell in KVA but not
in KW?

In DG the power factor is always unity that means cos=1
so the value of power is P=VI
P=VI IS FORMULA FOR KVA
SO DG IS IN KVA BUT NOT IN KW
