Neutral - Neutral is the star point of a 3 phase
transformer with star connection of secondary. This star
point will have zero potential under balanced load
condition. This star point may or may not be connected to
earth depending on requirements of power system.
Earthing - Earthing is ground potential (ZERO) connected to
mother earth via earthing pit.
