Noise:It is created by elecric signals
fluctuations,detector instability,temperature
fluctuations,other factors in hplc.

Drift: it is caused while detector heat up in first hour
after power on.

If inhouse hplc related substance method is completly diffrent from Usp for finished proďuct with diffrent impurities then how require to prove method equivalecy?
