i'm a BE graduate wit specialization CSE.i've few months of
exp as trainer n few months as HR IT Recruiter.i'd been for
BPO interview n the question asked to me was y do u want to
get into BPO(voice process)?? so could anyone help out how

Being an engineer, I have not succeeded in my field. But we
should not get nervous. So I want to explore my talents in
this BPO sector.
