A few volts difference between Neutral and Earth. It is this potential which is sufficient to cause your RCD / ELCB / RCCB .
The reason for the installation of the non-existent bonds arose from a .rcd or rccb. Can either of these be used on an tt system both 30ma
The Installation is a TT system protected by a 30mA RCD (used as the main .asked for 100amp 100ma rccb controlling first half of split and a double pole .
