HAVIN DOESN MEAN ANY SENSE...
IF WE USE GROUP BY WE CAN USE WHERE CLAUSE BEFORE GROUP BY
PORT...
AND IF WE USE GROUP BY WE CAN USE HAVING AFTER GROUP BY CLAUSE..
N GENERALLY ORDER BY CLAUSE IS ALWAYS WRITTEN AT THE END OF
