Describe red color to a blind person

If he is blind since birth, its difficult to describe the
color red to him. Its not enough, to give him red colored
things because he don't see it. But if he is not blind
since birth, maybe he have seen things like blood, roses,
and apples so you will only need to remind that things to
him then he will realize what is color red.
