tension is on the inner side at the ends of the walls so
reinforcement should be given on the inner side to prevent
seepage of water.nd outer reinforcement must be provided on
the middle of the walls.the base slab can be designed as a
slab only by redistributing the moments.design must be done
for maximum moment only.
