1. u get pay even if u dont work hard.
2. no fear of loss /investment of business directly.
3. u get a fixed amt of pay.
adv of business
1. freedom to make decisions.
2. no one to boss u.
3. more risk , more profit.
4. u get more profit for ur hardwork.
5. security of job if business is good.
