are removed without affecting hardness
ANNEALING:at high temp. above Ac1 and Ac3 ; Stress
Relieving:sub critical pcs
ANNEALING:cooling rate is either slow or rapid i.e
non-uniform ; Stress Relieving:Uniform Cooling Rate
ANNEALING: diffusion may take place ; Stress Relieving:no
diffusion
