Smart Work is Hard work PLUS ‘Direction’.
In other words, Hard work is sincere efforts and activity
with energy and resources without any pre-fixed aim to be
reached with this work. On the other hand, this hard work
becomes Smart work when it is directed to accomplished a
pre-defined end result. Smart work is likely to be more
efficient, effective, productive and hemce more rewarding
than simple hard work.
