ON THE JOB TRAINING :- IT MEANS PERFORMING YOUR TRAINING ON LIVE PROJECTS.
OFF THE JOB TRAINING :- IT MEANS ENVIRONMENT (TRAINING CENTER) IS CREATED AS LIKE AS LIVE PROJECT.
