two 100W/230V bulb are connected in series. what would be
the voltage drop across 1 bulb

Answer Posted / ramkrishna

p=100w
v=200
i=?
i=w/v
i=100/230=0.434
r=v/i
230/0.434=529.953917
voltage drop at 100w v=ir
v=0.434*529.953917=230v
