Here is the procedure:
suppose you want to access the table AGR_USER.
firts u need to check the authorization group for this table.
goto se16->tddat->table name..and find the autho. grop in this case it is SC.
create a new role suppose z_test add tcode se16.In authorization check for s_tabu_dis and add group SC in DICBERLS.
Now assign this role to user Now he can access AGR_USERS. :)
