I think it is two types are there :
1.Recruiter HR
2.Administration (Core-HR)
1.Recruiter :
Roles : Interview conducting,
Selection process,
Training&development
Responsibilities : Document verification,
Contact with who are the selected
persons.
2.Administration :
Roles : Employees benefits,
payrolls of employees,
Compensation of employees,
Responsibilities : they can maitain environment of
organisation,(Internal& External).
