As the name suggests Business process outsourcing where in an X company outsource their business to a Y company with certain terms & conditions. India has a major intervention in BPO sector because BPOs have played a vital role in controlling the unemployment from India.
Why India ? because if they provide business to their native company then they have to pay in Dollars or pounds therefore to save the money they often approach the countries with lesser value of currency. Ex India, Malaysian, Philippians ect
