I believe i have a flair for customer service. Since BPO deals with Customer Service, This is the only industry of my choice.
I am very good at convincing people. I have a good product Knowledge. I have good listening skills. I am a positive minded person, in the sense, i am someone who sees the glass Half-full than Half Empty....All these qualities are mandatory for a good CSR...Since i possess these qualities, You should Select me for this Position.
