My Roll Model/ my guru is our SDL-Andre D'Serre.
BECAUSE, He Has the experience of sachin, explotion of
shewag,hiting ability of yuvi nad yusuf, street and
smartness like laxman, dravid ,gambhir, dhoni.
he has the ability , capability,to maintain all individuals
like (skill, jill, will, josh)
he always focus to
1-customer
2-employee
3-process
4-etc.....
