in 132 kv transformer , in which range of transformer oil
bdv required ? if it has around 50-55 , then how it was
insulated the winding ?

It should be more than 50kv and this value we got from
voltage applied inbetween 2.5mm gap with bare conductor.In
transformer no bare conductor (conductor with insulation)
and no so much less gap.
