In an LT pole, the line voltage is 415V. How is it
converted to 230V into the house via the service cable?

Actually there will be 4 wires, 3ph 4wire system
for 230v supply can be achieved by taking one phase and one
neutral from it by lt pole but the four wire is come from lt
side, and the distribution transformer is delta star connection.
