blocks.what for these 64 blocks are used and what information

I created a user john, so if u check the files in the home
directory of john , you can see 3 files, whose size is 64 bytes.
# su john
# ls
home
# cd home
# ls
john
# cd john
# ls
local.cshrc local.login local.profile
