hi i am sangesh. i completed mca in june 2010. now i am
planing to go for call centre. now jan 2011, i need answer for
( what did u do past 6 months? ) please tell me answer.

I have done mca.Buti did not get opportunity last six months
to face the interview of IT industry. But my friend told me
that you can get the right opportunity in BPO industry as
technical fiels.Basically MCA,or B-tecah is required and it's
a very fast growing industry.So i think that i can get a lot
of opportunity to face the interview

when i went to convergys then i was asked to these question? only for technical post 1. give me your introduction 2. what is ping, ms config, safe mode, last known configuration, system restore, backup, ip address and what is command prompt.....
