As per IE Rules 1956,for EHT line the clearance above ground
of the lowest conductor shall not be less than 5.2 m + 0.3 m
for every 33000 V or part thereof by which the voltage
exceeds 33000 V ,provided the minimum clearance along or
across any street shall not be less than 6.1 m. So for 400
KV line, it works out to be 8.8 m
